You are in florida I U am in california. Can your help me find an attorney that will handle both SSN disability and long term Liberty mutual disability. This LTD carrier approved my claim and is aware of when California EDD ran out March 6, 2017 but has failed to increSe the disability payments to the full amount. I have a cognitive disabilities and have been unsuccessful oin getting final payment document from CA EDD. The LTD company knows the final date but will not pay me.
In addition they required me to go through Ullsup to get SSN and failed to inform me that they could pay private attorney. All Allsup has done is request access to my bank account while I have had to manually write all forms make communicates to social security ands follow up with doctors and social security and figure out what is needed. I have now informed SSN that I have terminated ALLsup and to communicate with me directly.
