Commenting from Canada, these practices go across borders. I also agree with the Ben Glass comment that 99% of surveillance is boring and tedious. The 1% that catches the injured client in an apparent “inconsistency” is the part that makes so much trouble.

You are right.. and the biggest clue is the activity log they get you to fill out.. a sure sign they have a video on you that week. Another sign...they ask you to attend an independent medical exam or they press you to find out your doctor appointment schedule..I've got stacks of videos from insurance companies and 99% of them are boring and show the claimant engaging in non-strenuous activity
